So what's my connection to AI?
I embraced AI enthusiastically in my personal life long before I had anywhere to apply it at work. The chance to actually do that came when I worked at a building-control institute called Alpha-Site: I connected Claude to the Monday.com system, built custom data views for regulatory reports and clients, developed a chatbot for fee calculations, and set up automations that grew more complex the further I went. Broadly, the goal was always the same: save companies and team members the time wasted on repetitive, tedious tasks. I initiated all of these projects myself, without guidance, with Claude AI as my main tool throughout.
Where does the technical background come from?
Throughout my career I've moved between several operations and administration roles, in companies and sectors very different from one another, and in each one I was the most technical person in the room: I solved problems, guided transitions between systems, and was always the natural go-to person for anything technical. Alongside that, I picked up complementary knowledge through professional courses: data communications, information science, graphic design, and cyber training.
At Alpha-Site, for example, I started out working as an information specialist, and thanks to my technical background I was asked to help bring the Monday.com system to a state where it worked for the team, instead of the other way around. I started by filling in missing data and creating order, which was also a great way to get up to speed and learn the complex workflows of a building-control institute. Within a few weeks I knew the system better than anyone else, got the admin keys, started setting up automations, and once Claude MCP arrived, I was able to fully replace the external implementation vendor that had been assisting with the process.
Before that, at an ecological non-profit, I led the end-to-end build of an online registration system under especially tight deadlines, helped implement Salesforce, and was the technical support contact for hundreds of users, most of whom had no technical background at all. Before that, at the German Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, I designed a new website, led the project of building it, managed the organization's electronic equipment, wrote user guides for it, and also served as the technical point of contact with the foundation's IT headquarters in Berlin.
And what now?
Right now I'm available for job offers as an employee, and for freelance projects. In between, I develop personal projects of my own — this website, for example, which I built together with Claude. So is the virtual assistant embedded in it: Robot Dinero, powered by the Claude API, with an independent server (FastAPI) and a database (Supabase) that logs and summarizes every inquiry for me, currently accessible via Telegram. Robot Dinero serves both as a service tool for the site, and as a live demonstration of my ability to design and build an AI agent end-to-end.
